#51: Challenge of the week: Dead Bug

I like to give myself a weekly challenge in order to stay motivated. There are 7 levels for every challenge, so everyone can join in. Feel free to modify the challenges so they fit your personal needs. Remember always to listen to your body, don’t push yourself too hard but keep moving. Doing only these challenges is not a balanced way to get or stay fit. If you have doubts about exercises, or your body, always ask a specialist for advice!

Dead Bug
Dead bugs. I prefer my bugs alive, as they are very useful creatures, and some of them are quite beautiful. Though, if you have a plague, or when you are into IT / computers, I imagine that you prefer your bugs dead. For this exercise, I don’t really care that the bug is dead. I just love the exercise. This one is not difficult and most people can join in on this challenge, so if you have any end-of-the-year parties coming up, you can share this challenge with the ones surrounding you and work on it together! Do you have any other animal related exercise that you like?
