#43: Challenge of the week: L-seat

I like to give myself a weekly challenge in order to stay motivated. There are 7 levels for every challenge, so everyone can join in. Feel free to modify the challenges so they fit your personal needs. Remember always to listen to your body, don’t push yourself too hard but keep moving. Doing only these challenges is not a balanced way to get or stay fit. If you have doubts about exercises, or your body, always ask a specialist for advice!

L-seat hold
The L-seat is actually one of my favourite things to do when I am bored in an elevator, train, metro, playground, or whatever area that has two same-leveled surfaces I can hold on to. This does not mean that I am really good at it, because mostly I can only hold this position for about 5 – 10 seconds each time I do it. Time to improve the L-seat. Will you join me? I am definitely going for level 2. What will your level be?

level 1: 70 seconds
level 2: 140 seconds
level 3: 210 seconds
level 4: 280 seconds
level 5: 350 seconds
level 6: 700 seconds
level 7: 1000 seconds
