#13: Challenge of the week: Pulse up

I like to give myself a weekly challenge in order to stay motivated. There are 7 levels for every challenge, so everyone can join in. Feel free to modify the challenges so they fit your personal needs. Remember always to listen to your body, don’t push yourself too hard but keep moving. Doing only these challenges is not a balanced way to get or stay fit.

Pulse up
This is an exercise for the abdominal that always brings me great joy. I think it has something to do with childhood memories. We used to do this kind of stuff for fun. Now I know, that if you don’t do this one for a while, it becomes harder, this one might actually feel quite heavy if you do it right. Make sure that you don’t hurt your back or neck while doing this one.

level 1: 75 reps
level 2: 150 reps
level 3: 300 reps
level 4: 400 reps
level 5: 500 reps
level 6: 600 reps
level 7: 700 reps
