#2: Challenge of the week: Back

I like to give myself a weekly challenge in order to stay motivated. There are 7 levels for every challenge, so everyone can join in. Feel free to modify the challenges so they fit your personal needs. Remember always to listen to your body, don’t push yourself too hard but keep moving. Doing only these challenges is not a balanced way to get or stay fit.

Back times five
Not only the front area of your torso is important, also the back area needs attention when working out. If you have back problems, please, do not do these exercises without consulting a specialist! I am no specialist!

level 1: 3 days; 10 reps of each exercise
level 2: 5 days; 10 reps of each exercise
level 3: 3 days; 15 reps of each exercise
level 4: 5 days; 15 reps of each exercise
level 5: 3 days; 20 reps of each exercise
level 6: 4 days; 20 reps of each exercise
level 7: 5 days; 20 reps of each exercise
